Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Node2Begin, Surat, Gujarat, India (“Node2Begin”, “we”, “us”), covering your use of the LeadSpark CRM website and application (“LeadSpark”, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using LeadSpark on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

LeadSpark connects the Google Ads and Meta accounts you already own and presents your spend, leads and cost per lead in one dashboard. It reads your advertising data on a schedule — it never creates, edits, pauses or deletes a campaign, ad, keyword or budget.

How LeadSpark handles your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information and keeping it current;
• keeping your login credentials confidential and all activity under your account;
• ensuring you have the right to connect any Google or Meta account you link to LeadSpark.

Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

When you connect a Google Ads or Meta account, you authorise LeadSpark to read the data described in our Privacy Policy on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, including the Google API Services User Data Policy. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your settings.

You agree not to:

• use the Service in breach of any law or third-party rights;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload or probe the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

Some features may be offered free and others on a paid plan. Where fees apply, they are shown before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, and paid plans renew until cancelled. We will give reasonable notice of any change to fees.

LeadSpark, its software, design and branding are owned by Node2Begin. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service — no other rights are granted.

Your data remains yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the Service for you.

We work to keep LeadSpark available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Advertising figures are synced periodically and may lag the source platforms; you should not rely on LeadSpark as the sole record for billing or compliance decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Node2Begin will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using LeadSpark and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, the rights granted to you end and, as described in our Privacy Policy, your connected tokens and synced data are deleted except where we must retain limited records by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under mandatory local law.
